"soooo, how is your drink?" hana asked breonna as she takes a sip from one of the specialty cocktails. she had decided on the pink gin martini to start off, more than likely getting another drink or two in between sweating it out on the dance floor. the club was decorated to perfection, valentine's day was one of hana's favorite holidays. "you look cute as fuck by the way, we'll have to find your valentine by the end of the night," she teases the other.

"i'm not judging by the way, why would you get one at this point? i spent most of my life living in new york so i always had my own personal driver," she added on. she said personal driver so casually, as if everyone lived as lavish as she did. it's not like she was trying to boast, she was just stating facts! "do you think i could? i just bought a new set of false eyelashes, i can just bat them and i'll make them melt. plus, i wouldn't even want to go super fast my first time."

mirae turns, utterly bewildered by hana. " are you stupid ? i have a can right here. obviously, i don't want the freakin' coke. " she kicks over the can, a rock piercing the middle and causing the liquid to spill out onto the floor. she's thankful her shopping bags are comfortably set in her car right now, what a mess it was out here. " and cherry coke is terrible too. unless you just love some cough syrup. at that point you might as well go for the full effect, " mirae retorts, rolling her eyes before attempting to shake the machine. " what do i look like ? maintenance ? it took my dollar just fine. too bad if it breaks, but it seems like a piece of shit anyway. "

at this point, hana is beginning to want to turn off her friendly and nice setting and go in dramatic mode. she had been doing a pretty good lately of not seeming like a total spoiled and entitled brat when she interacted with others, but mirae was simply going to make her become bitchy again! it just felt like old times. "okay, you don't have to diss me on my choice of soda just because you're getting all pissy about this stupud machine not working," she exclaimed. "at this point you're better off leaving it and going to the starbucks that's like five minutes away from here."

" what's wrong with this stupid fuckin' machine ?! " her words are piercing and loud, a hint of southern twang escaping the otherwise sturdy valley - inspired vocal tone,. she was a regular watcher of the simple life, after all. yet absolutely nothing is giving rich and bottle - blonde the way mirae was kicking the vending machine in front of her, booted heel leaving an imprint in the metal. cheap ass shit. there's a can of coke beside her, which had only been the first strike with the machine. she was a spite girl, not into red - labeled glorified garbage. she'll use it for later, try and mess up one of the prowlers' paint jobs. mirae is aware that she looks insane, but who cares ? certainly not her. whoever was hovering a few feet from her, close enough to where she should've turned around and told them their breath stinks ( it didn't ). instead, she's choosing kindness in the year of 2007. " um. if you want a drink, you'll have to wait your fucking turn, mkay ? " she says, side - eyeing whoever was beside her without properly looking their way. whatever, she had bigger issues.

"why are you even freaking out over regular coke anyways?" hana offers the other girl an equal side eye. she had been spending the last few hours at the mall, fulfilling her need of retail therapy. she had told herself that she was going to mostly be doing window shopping, but her hands filled with shopping bags saying otherwise. she was in desperate need of a beverage, but had to wait for mirae to stop having her meltdown. "cherry coke is like way better, but have you like, tried seeing if somebody jammed their change inside of the machine? kicking it more is probably going to break the whole thing."

"oh my god, not in like a million years," she shakes her head at the idea. the import model had never had a reason to learn how to drive, living a life of luxury meant being driven everywhere she went. even now, she must preferred to be passenger princess nine times out of ten. "i mean, have you ever wondered what it would be like to do a race? even just once?"
