he's still overweight, won't exercise, eats junk food. why bother
Consultant appointment results.
He went back to the consultant today, as he does every year. Instead of having lost weight, he has put on 2kilos. Since 2007 he has only lost 6stone (sorry for the mixed weights). He was 22stone, is now about 15/16. He should be 13. He should be exercising. He should be eating healthy. But he isn't.

Biscuits Mcdonalds Kfc Coffee house The list is endless of the junk food that gets eaten. It shock me how much crap one person can eat and not notice. He thinks its only a small bit, he thinks its normal. Its normal for an obese person...
Saturday's food
Today the food that I witness consisted of:
3 slices of a large pizza from pizza hut
1 slice of garlic bread
1 pot of tea
1 beer
3 sausage rolls
a large slice of xmas cake
a large handful of cashew nuts
half a tube of pringles (texas bbq flavour)
some liqueurs
some biscuits
and who knows what else?
Someone tell me how this is supposed to be him loosing weight?
Food today
for food today he ate:
a large chocolate milkshake from mcdonalds
1/4 of a tin of foxes biscuits
4 ferrero rocher
half a "homemade" sweet and sour chicken
mashed potato
3 cups of tea (that i witnessed)
some liquorice allsorts
some packets of doritos
