I finally fit into it this morning! It’s a little tight, but I can do it up. So stoked!
Had a great workout! I ran for 25 mins 2.5 miles. Did 10 lunges each legs x2, 15 squats x3 with a 10 pound weight, did some stepping, and other various weight training.
I just ate lunch which consisted of:
3 cups of roman/iceburg mixture
1/4 cup of homemade salsa
a boca burger that had been cut up into cunks
and a scoop of sour cream.
It was kind of like a taco salad, but without the taco shell and a bit more healthier. nomnomnom :)
