I don’t know if anyone’s tried this but I’m going be trying it out I’ll keep you updated on if it’s effective or not it was only $11 and everywhere else is about 16

Getting back into the habit of realizing I have to eat healthier again as well as exercise ect so today we have an
egg and spinach omelette/w cheese :210
Mango/ banana smoothie: 190
Total: 400
I won’t be going over 1000
I like to have a set aid rules to follow and I’ll be posting them
Tips (that work) To Avoid Binging 🍓
1. grab a notebook. write down EVERYTHING you want to binge on. then add up all the calories. stare at that disgusting number for a while, do you really wanna eat that…?
2. pick the foods you want to binge on. one by one, look up every ingredient in the foods. this will not only take up time, it will show you how many gross and creepy things go into what you want to eat….
3. destroy the food. candy? take it out of the wrapper, pour gross condiments on it. pizza? fold it in half and squeeze. do you see all the grease??!? EW. want to eat meat? look up videos of slaughter houses….I promise you’ll put the carcass down. do this until thinking about eating makes you sick.
4. stay out of the house. take an hour long walk. avoid the fridge at all costs. you can literally avoid eating all day, just by staying out of the house.
5. take a damn nap. this one is SO underrated. sleep helps you lose weight, and is great for taking up time (also naps are great lol).
These are what work best for me, hope they help you as well! Stay safe everyone.

Once I start I can’t stop and I then it’s the binge throw up cycle 🙃
I literally couldn’t even think of eating today but my boyfriend is coming over and I live making him dinner 🥺 I’m making chicken asparagus and rice. I’m only having asparagus but it’s so hard to eat informer of him. He’s 120 literally perfection. I am so scared he’ll realize I’m not worth it one day

Updating my hw lw etc makes me feel like crap like when I first developed my ed I was in 10th grade and I got all the down to 205 now I’m back to 260 and I originally started at 240 everything is going backwards
this sounds wrong but it’s a bit hard not to feel some jealousy for people with parents who knew how to raise a child. parents who knew how certain things affected children. parents who knew how to protect children.
I’m making this promise to myself.
We deserve a body we can be proud of.
