‎You should be rewarded for being healthy. It's good for you and good for the world. That's why Paceline incentivizes you to achieve 150 min
I haven’t felt this good in a while. Started going to the gym. Classes have been amazing and the sauna hit the spot.
I think I may start weight lifting. I know muscle weights more than fat but I think I would be more confident knowing I was more muscle than fat.
I can do this!!!
Still on my journey…
Dropped to 260lbs and lost my job and gained it all back.
Starting at 280lbs again.
I need to log my food and workout.
I know I can do this!!
Still at it
Did I say weight loss is a struggle because it is. If I didn’t have a desk job it would be easier. But I started drinking SkinnyFit Super Youth which is collagen. It’s definitely helped. My Fitbit has also help. I’ve been tracking my foods and based on how much I have burned it tells me how many calories I can consume which has been REALLY helpful. I know when I can and cannot eat and when I drink the collagen I’m not as hungry as I think. It’s really mental.
Ate my feelings
Was thrown off schedule due to domestic issues. I didn’t take my meds or my shake. I did eat within my calorie limit on my Fitbit tracker which is good. I hate being off track.
Almost a week in... weight loss.
Still pushing. The phentermine is helping cravings at work. I just need to be better at the yoga/workout. I will weight in on Sundays. But my stats are pretty good right now. I’m trying to keep it going!!!!!
These two apps are my right hand!!! Try them out both are free.
Workplace Support
So I started my new job in May which is going great. The only downside is it a desk job. Not much movement. So my job sets up workout competitions to encourage movement they even sent an email for desk stretches. I think it’s important that your employer understand and help with physical and mental health. It helps me keep up my weight loss journey.
