the reasons you haven't shifted yet or have been trying too for years are more reassuring than you think and i just made a lengthyyy post on that please check it out.

the moment you set that intention, the connection is built. you've already told the universe where you're aligned. it's done. but shifting sometimes is kind of a goldilocks state, too much anxiety, too little passion, too much noise, too much boredom and it can muddy the signal without cutting it entirely. the connection is always there. it just needs the right conditions to receive clearly. i know this isn't really sat with enough in the community but genuinely find solace in the fact that you are connecting with your dr and everyone there that you love more and more with each attempt. i genuinely believe that once you accept it, you stop chasing. you stop obsessing. you actually let go, because even a "failed" attempt stops being a failure and starts being a moment of growth, a closer point of contact with your dr. yes, the frustration is valid. feel it. but underneath it is actually progress. this is why you need to actually keep on trying each time you feel your intuition speak, and have faith and as much confidence as you can, and if not just find comfort in your abilities and let go.

i've been knowing of shifting for six years. and looking back, i can see so clearly how many times i was closer than i realised. and honestly, knowing what i know now, that probably would have cut years off my journey. so if you've been here a long time and you're still waiting, this is for you specifically. you're not behind. you're not broken. you've just been closer than you knew, more times than you think.

They could dwell on how much they love you and want to meet you finally! If you haven’t before that is. But now they are absolutely in love and don’t even know how to word it rightfully.

blank/customisable spotify layout for your singer/band/musician dr editing desires!!

had a couple people ask me how i made this post and what app i used, but i literally just used screenshots and edited them on the photopea website (basically photoshop but completely free)! if anyone else wants to make a similar edit for their own dr, here's some blank versions for you <33

the rest under a readmore because the images are tall!

on the first image, add the left overlay (the image with the 'see more' button) to the bottom of the image (so that it half covers the sixth song), and add the right overlay (the image of the '←' button) to the upper left corner of the cover image at the top (once you've added your desired cover image ofc)

if you're editing on photopea (or probably most image editors i assume), place the images that you want to fill the blank spaces with in the layer(s) BENEATH these images; this is important for the first image so that you still get the faded quality overlaying your chosen cover image

to change the text, download and use this font (unless you can find a better one, but this is the closest to spotify's actual font that i could find!) and erase the text that's already there before you add whatever you're replacing it with

just wanted to make my stance on here crystal clear . i am pro-choice, anti-deportation, i am pro-palestine, i support queer youth, the black lives matter movement and believe that children in schools lives are more valuable than the banning of an app that fosters lots of community and social interaction. i know my rights as a citizen of this country and i’m gonna exercise the fuck out of them.

birthright citizenship is being threatened, leaving people i care about vulnerable. basic healthcare is being denied, including life saving reproductive surgeries and medical transitions for queer/trans people. the 14th amendment of the constitution is under attack.
