Stats under break
So I got a new job!
I hated working at the daycare! Now my job is like 4 hours max and Iām standing and like speed walking the whole time so hopefully Iāll start losing some weight. Cuz letās be honest I sat on my fat ass constantly while working at the daycare. And there was always food and snacks and treats all the time.
I still donāt know how much I weigh. Iām still waiting on my knock off fitbit charger to come in. And I might as well start going to the gym since Iām paying for a membership.
I need to get skinny for my grad pictures. I only have 2 more semesters left. Can you believe it????!!!!

I have been away for a long time. Life got busy, the scale kept creeping up and honestly I felt too ashamed to bring myself back here.
I was so upset with the weight gain but I would eat to āfeel betterā which made it worse.
Some updates:
Iām now a senior at uni (š„³)
My fitness watch died on Christmas and I havenāt gotten a new oneā¦but I plan to so I can start calculating again
I started a new job (this is the best news!!!)
Iām hoping this new job causes some weight loss
I am not ready to weigh myself cuz legit I might cryā¦
I have some updates/news!!
1. I have gained sooo much weight itās not even funny. Practically starting over š
2a.) Having weird health issues. On nye I ended up in the er-I fainted-not ed related maybe alcohol intolerance??
2b.) dealing with HORRIBLE CONSTANT itching. Itās not eczema, measles, bug bitesā¦they donāt know what it is and Iām about to lose my fucking mind honestly.
3. The BEST news: I am getting a class ring from my uni š„³ which means Iām classified as either a junior or a senior though idk what I am tbh but that has lifted my spirits from this difficult semester!
So I am obviously close to graduating which means graduation photos and stuff and I want to be skiiiiiiiny. I am starting now and I am starting strong! Idk if I can go to the gym rn with my arms being all rashy but I have my ab machine and can start walking/running around my apartment.

Day 1: 75 reps. I wasnāt originally going to work out but like once again why not do my reps? I want a flat tummy with maybe some abs. The more I do it the faster itāll happen.

Iām not quitting but I need to take a ābreakā work is stressful as hell rn and my diet is currently garbage. Iāve been binging like crazy (Christmas parties/gifts from work being sweets) and Iāve been a fat fatty. Iām starting the day after Christmas. New diet and work out plan. A new plan because Iām not seeing results and itās gotten pretty easy to do the reps. The results could easily be because Iām eating like a fat pig. So this is a temporary pause.

Iām counting yesterday as day 1 on the Flybird.
So day 2: 60 reps on lowest incline setting. I already feel soreness in my abs so thatās exciting!! Iāve taking a progress photo and weighed in to really be able to track my progress.
Weigh in: 147.8lbs (thank GOD itās not 150)
I think Iām going to aim for everyday 60 reps. Once it gets easier (like less breaks) Iāll up the reps and then once I hit 100 Iām upping the incline. Iāve heard the intensity is higher the higher the machine is.
So far I love this machine! Itās not a hard workout but I feel it in the whole stomach area, not just the upper or lower ab area like when you do crunches. It doesnāt have my heart like the spin bike does but currently where I live I canāt have one. But expect daily updates and I may even post progress pictures (idk yet)
Day 3: 62 reps. I wasnāt looking at the screen during so I did two extra reps. I did the first 25 without stopping very proud of myself. Also my abs HURT so bad lol š if Iām not snatched by new years Iām going to be mad
Day 4: 60 reps. I didnāt want to do my reps my abs hurt, itās cold and Iām tired lol but I did it and Iām happy! May need to incorporate some rest days but I also want to go hella hard.
āØchallenge dayāØ I turned on a 34 minute video, the challenge was: donāt look at the counter and donāt stop until the video is over (take however many breaks you need) and because I covered the counter Iām not sure the number is accurate but I am sure I reset itā¦
Day 5: 253 (or 193 if the counter didnāt actually reset)
Going to come up with random weekly challenges to shake things up. If you can think of a challenge let me know āŗļø I like the āblind counter; video length challengeā (needs a better name lol)
Day 6: rest day 0 reps. My abs and stomach hurt today so I was kinda forced into a rest day. Debating on doubling up tomorrow or just āallowingā a ārealā rest day idk yet
Day: 7 (forgot to post yesterday) 60 rep.
Day: 8 60 rep. First week done!!! My abs hurt but also half way through it stopped hurting so that was weird. Tomorrow starts a new week and new reps woohoo š„³

Iām done with finals!!! I told work I have a final tomorrow (Wednesday) but thatās not true. Iām sleeping in and going to the store at my school so my mom can buy me a school sweatshirt for Christmas. I also spent the WHOLE weekend studying so hard for finals and I deserve some days off to chill before I start working full time until the spring semester starts.
Also if you are ever able to do itā¦schedule Fridays off from work. Itās amazing. I did it this semester (I thought I had a class but it was a 1 time meeting for a testā¦donāt askā¦I was there and I still donāt fully get it) and next semester I technically donāt have the whole Friday off but itās a half day so once 12:30 hits Iām outtie. My classmate gave me this advice and omg was it so good. I probably should have used to more to study/do homework more often but it was nice to just have off and rest.
