My toxic and petty hot take is that I 100% believe that there are some really popular "shifttokers" that are just making stuff up for content and riding the engagment train, and they're doing so much damage to people that are genuinely looking for help shifting. Like it makes me so upset to see some of the "advice" they try to give....

I see a lot of people asking about how to deal with negative feelings when seeing other people shifting for the same s/o so here's my suggestions from less to most wild.

1. Just ignore it. Everyone's realities are different so it shouldn't matter.

2. Block them so you don't have to see it.

3. Script that person in your DR for the sole purpose of having them date someone else. I swear it'll make you feel better.
