Guys I really don’t know how to shift!

Please don’t respond to me if you’re just going to tell me to stop being lazy and just shift but I’m trying! Methods don’t really work too much for me. I forgot what it’s called but one where you count to 100 and affirm has gotten me close, I felt light and I saw white lights but that’s not necessarily what shifting is.

I have been very close to getting into the void state about once but I accidentally opened my eyes because I got scared 😭 (don’t laugh, I was young).

I am quite bad at visualising and guided methods don’t exactly work for me and whenever I try, I end up falling asleep and I’m always so jealous of those who can shift.

Yes I do try to affirm myself and try to ignore all the doubts. I know shifting is real because otherwise people wouldn’t dedicate apps, posts, books and tattoos to it but if it’s real, then why can’t I do it? 😭

I keep coming up with ideas to draw from my drs I SHOULD BE WORKING ON ARTFIGHT I spent the last 4 hours drawing two of these ideas bc I wanted to draw Rime and my skz/hogwarts drself I SHOULD BE WORKING ON ARTFIGHT im not finished and will continue once my iPad charges I SHOULD BE WORKING ON ARTFIGHTTT
