Helping Hand || Faye & Roman
roman-blackwell:
Roman took the stance heâd been in for what seemed like hours and sighed. Here he was about to go again after repeating this over and over. âAlright, are you ready?â He asked, not quite sure if he was ready himself. He focused on the spell at hand and shot it at her with the hopes that it wouldnât somehow mess up horribly. Though he only ways he could think were that it wrapped around her neck or started to squeeze her too tight, but he doubted that was going to happen.Â
At his question Faye nodded, watching him and her eyes locked onto his as he got ready himself. She waited for an incantation but was suddenly reminded that it was nonverbal when the spell shot from his wand and hit her in the gut, the force of it knocking her backwards onto the forest floor with a grunt. In a matter of moments she felt the ropes wrap around her chest and abdomen, securing themselves tightly around her arms. She tried pulling her arms away and rolled to one side to try and get free but they wouldnât budge. After trying what she could to get out she dropped back onto her back and started to catch her breath. She lifted her head to look at him and gave a little smile, âSee? You totally know what youâre doing.â
