Was NOT feeling this painting. Made a simple warm/cool value scale to help, thought I would share. Now I can see that the background mountains are way too dark- and thats what was bothering me. Will be using this in the future! Too bad tho cuz I did love some of the wet-in-wet colors I was getting. Made this leather disc-bound watercolor sketchbook few years ago and just started using it again. Thought I would share. Discs are #levenger solid brass, black plastic cover from recycled #happyplanner. Able to use #archeswatercolorpaper among others- just punch and insert. Bush and pen holder stitched into leather cover.
