Moving on was harder than I imagined. There was no apology from you, only unremorseful silence. Forgetting you seems impossible. You loom like a shadow no light can disperse, surfacing in random moments, stealing my happiness at the mere memory of you. But peace will come with time, and your shadow will weaken with each passing day, until you no longer have any power over me.

It seemed like a cruel joke of fate. However far they traveled from one another, their paths crossed at dusk, where their shadows aligned as if the world itself refused to let them remain apart, patiently waiting for them to understand what the magic already knew. They called it a stubborn, twisted curse, never admitting that beneath their pride and resistance, they had never truly wanted to be without the other at all.

He lived in the shadows, a friend through every trial, knowing he could never be more. He dried her tears, tended her wounds, and listened when she spoke of her fears and her dreams. His devotion was quiet and unreturned. Still, he saw her greatness, and knew when she changed the world, some small part of him would remain within it.

The truth is a heavy burden Raw and unrelenting in its power, Shedding light on ugliness no one wants to see And exposing lies no one wanted named. Prose: When the old magic finally unraveled, it didn’t collapse into chaos … it quietly made room, and the world stepped forward to see what it could become.

We thought we couldn’t live without our magic. We were wrong. As the last strands withered and faded, we had already learned how to do some things for ourselves. It took longer. We worked harder. But it was not impossible, as we once believed. The panic we once felt began to loosen its grip. We stepped forward into this new world no longer helpless, but capable.

and giving up sounds so sweet.

I’ve come so far already

my body runs on fumes,

its stamina nearly spent.

I force myself to stay awake,

to take one more step,

to breathe,

to hold on for one more day.

I thought losing you would be the worst that my world would shatter, that everything would end in darkness. But then you left, and the fog in my life began to disperse. I could see again. This was not the end. Instead, paths appeared before me, full of promise. Without you, my life could finally begin.
