Recovery
There had never been so much pain in her life as to what Sera was feeling currently. Nearly bled out with a gaping wound in her stomach was not how Sera had thought she'd end up when they had decided to go get the girl's head. Stabbed in the stomach by her old partner's arm, which sounds traitorous, but it wasn't, since it was no longer attached to his body at the time, Sera had needless to say been capture, then freed due to the rescue mission that Xavier, Magneto, the X-Men and Ravi had undertaken to get them back. Due to her vectors, she could leave under her own power, but she was in much need of the medical attention she received back at the base.
Those other mutants...the ones that attacked them. They weren't normal. That was easy enough to see. They were better...they almost killed her when she was trying her hardest. She thought that as a trainee, she was going to be able to handle her own. She had only been holding back, so she decided to let herself go and attack the foe with no remorse. It barely phased him. She almost died and honestly, she wasn't sure that anyone would have cared. She began to wonder if Magneto had made a mistake in choosing her.
