Unemployed, disabled, no legal status: need money to live.

hi, im the person who had all my material possessions destroyed by the border police like a month ago. i also happen to be long-term, chronic homeless and have a severe anxiety disorder, so like an idiot, i spent all that money on an apartment instead of books and clothes and stuffed animals and video games

the past several years of housing instability have really done a number on me in terms of mental health and basic life skills. i’m barely functioning at all and i need money to buy clothes, get therapy, and stuff like that. i dont have legal immigration status

the good news is i live in a very cheap country but like yeah theres a lot else working against me

it’s so funny how people go after teenage lesbians on social media for making cottagecore moodboards and talking about planting flowers and baking bread when there is a huge movement of ultra right wing people who are actually going out and buying up lots of land in order to create these “off grid homesteads” where they stockpile weapons and home school their kids in order to teach them “traditional values” like racism and sexism.

the older you get the more you realise feminism is nothing and while all the people around you can talk all the shit they want about their empowerment politics the number of people who are ever really going to have your back as a woman number in the single digits and they’ll make unreal sacrifices for it. others may support you but only insofar as you don’t start getting ideas above your station. virtually nobody wants to see you thrive
