Week 11

The week where I wanted it ended real fast. But we can’t because of reality...

So I accepted the reality. I have to do like other people do, which is “study hard”, but actually I just study a bit for this english exam. 

When the English test started, my mind didn’t do the great thing. I cannot hear the recall of the topics and types of things. In the end, I’m a little bit screwed up. 

After the exam is done, we wait some days and given out the english score. I end up not passing the passing grade, because I can make it pass if only I do the bonus question which I didn’t do. Actually the bonus question is easy enough. The answer is this whole week of this blog, which is what we have learned this half semester. But I didn’t do it because I don’t have much time.

Week 10

The week where actually I don’t want to be started. Hearing the word “Review” is a very boring thing to me. It will remind me to go study at its best to get the good grades.

This happens in english class this week. We recall what we learn this half semester. The teacher try to make the student remember all the topic like it was just learned yesterday. My mind tried to hold together with those topics. But then I’m fine after the reviews are done.

Week 9

After we learn about rhetorical devices, we (the same group) are told to make another display. But this time, it should be making advertisement. My group decide to make ad about parents should not argue or fight in front of their child. Beside it is bad for the kid, it is also bad for the couple themselves. The design of our poster is the parents are arguing with the look of silhouette and the kid in the middle closing his ears. By some mistakes, we coloured the kids hair brown. But this brown is like the colour dirt brown. But oh well it has coloured with a crayon. But we didn’t forget to make the sentence in the poster should be rhetorical device sentence. We are happy for the result. And we present the poster in front of the class

Week 8

This week that has the day where we are going to presentate our speech. Mine is done the night before this day. The student must be in front of the class to present their writings. My presentation went fine. Because I present it with little bit of shy, but I talk loud enough with some giggles, but that’s fine. By me giggling, I made some of my friends smile, that’s makes me happy.

After we do the speech, we learn about rethorical device. There are a lot of types of rethorical device. I don’t even remember whole of them. I only remember 1 or 2 types. That day, we are divided into groups, and we make a display that consist of the types of rethorical device. I know that is a lot, but we get our job done.

Week 7

Many people are studying for this test. But I’m only prepared a bit. Yes, we got formative this week, but don’t you worry Farrel the gr8 can handle the pressure. As you know my grades are at its finest which is average. Then we do the test. And something great has happened, I can recall all what we learned. The sound are all over my mind. The sound is very accurately the same with my friends voice. Those recall helps me some bit. the minimum mark to pass the grade is 76, and I’m hoping to be higher than that. Days in the future in the same week just come, and we are given our scores. And I was very happy yet so sad. I got 75 for the test. It was like 1 point below the passing mark. But hey, I only got to fix 1 problem. So i choose the easy question, Ez. To conlude, I should be more a bit tryhard to the test.

Week 6

It’s the week where the new president and vice president student council starts working. First, those 2 will interview the new student council organization candidates. I am not chosen to be the student council organization because of 2 reasons. First, my grades are average and second, I’m not even contributed to the interview. So that’s fine.

And also we learn about Persuasive writing. We are told to make 1 persuasive writing. And I took ages to decide a topic. By keep thinking to decide a topic, I have wasted so much times. Even my friends are already starting making the draft and I’m still here like hey, you doing some work? I’m still chillin here thinking about a topic by walking around the class to find some inspiration. I stare at the clock, the wall, the human being, the table, the chair, the pen&pencil, the clouds, the sky. 

So I gave up and take 1 topic from the internet. The topic was “Not wearing a seatbelt should be Illegal”. Then I do some research on the internet to help what I’m writing.

Week 5

Many posters of 3 pair of student candidating to be the student council president and vice for the year 2015-2016. They try their best to persuade students to choose them as the president and vice. For example by texting the student (I one of the victims), give them stickers, give them coloured ribbon, making persuasive video, and else. But in the end I’m not in someone’s side. Many people are at candidate number 1′s side, which is Raihan and Rafsya. Well, long story short, they are chosen to be the student council president and vice. In my opinion they are great, because they have many experience in student council things.

And we also learned about Opinion this week. Coincidence? I think not. But I don’t remember what I do in that class. I think we give our opinion about our friends statement.

Fun-Future

Week 3&4

This time, it’s going to be like a diary thing. Because I don’t have any idea to make another fiction story. So here is my week 3&4 looks like

Actually I don’t even remember what happened in these 2 weeks, so I can recall by seeing my friends blog. They said that there is event called Inspirasean. So basicallly it’s an event held by Asia Pacific University (APU) and the purpose of this event is playing but also studying at the same time. We studied about cultures in Asia, but we are into the South East Asia part. Those University student came from many parts of Asia. Some of them are from Japan, Korea, China, Philipines, and Indonesia too. They teach a lot of things related to Asia. They also give us some games. The fun game that i remembered was we were divided into groups and we were given some pastas, bread, tape, and also string. We were supposed to build a tower. We win if we make the highest amongst other groups. In the end, we didn’t win. Overall, those people are nice and fun to play or talk with.

The next week, we learn about wish and hope. That time, we have to make a little display that shows our wish and hope for whenever you want it to be happen. So I make that little display. “I hope to be a pilot” is written on my little display. Then my teacher hang my display and also my friend’s on the wall.

A Fiction (Suggestion & Offer)

Week 2

A regular day in his house, a man named Bob is looking for a lamp that shines black light. Bob really wants the lamp for no reason. Bob thinks that he might not find it anywhere. But still, Bob has a very strong will to find that lamp. 

He walks all day and night, but suddenly when he is at the middle of plains, the wind is very strong and can even take Bob to weird place. A stranger walks towards Bob and say “Hey you must needing something” and then Bob says “yea” then the stranger suggest “why don’t you go to that place?” the stranger pointing to that place called “Place of Needs: Halloween special all item 99% off”. Bob is very happy because he feels that place has everything. Bob come in to the store and the employee has a mind reading ability so he offer Bob the light as soon as Bob walks in. Bob is satisfied that this place has the thing that he wanted. After that he go to the cashier to pay the item. Bob pays the item with a leaf, then the cashier give the change with a credit card. And then Bob go home by walking. 

Bob arrived at his house and thinking something. Bob doesn’t know what just happened this day. Bob ask her mother and she replied “You went out the house and go to neighbour garage sale while the weather is windy, and then you bought that broken useless lightbulb with a leaf and exchange with a pokemon card then you came back to the house”.
