    RANDOM  HEADCANON  001     -     josh  was  often  told  by  his  doctors  that  keeping  a  diary  would  help  him  organise  his  thoughts,  keep  a  track  of  his  dreams  and  help  him  maybe  let  go  of  a  few  things  that  he  struggles  to  let  go  of.     josh  struggled  to  write  them  down,  not  like  the  idea  of  actually  writing  it  all  down  and  seeing  the  words  before  him,  he  already  felt  like  he  was  crazy  and  he  didn’t  want  to  see  it  written  in  his  own  writing,  which  often  meant  that  he  could  not  keep  up  a  consistent  journal  or  diary.     however,  it  wasn’t  until  he  met  doctor  hill  who  figured  out  that  a  written  diary  clearly  wasn’t  the  best  idea  with  josh,  but  a  video  diary  would  be  best.     josh  actually  found  this  a  useful  tool,  being  able  to  easily  voice  the  way  he  is  feeling  /  repeat  back  nightmares  aloud  and  it  felt  a  lot  like  vlogging,  videos  ranging  from  as  short  as  maybe  ten  minutes  to  the  longest  maybe  being  an  hour,  even  if  the  only  person  who  saw  them  at  first  was  doctor  hill.     this  a  tool  that  josh  would  have  used  in  his  recovery  from  the  wendigo  possession  and  moving  forward  with  his  life  and  would  continue  to  use  it  throughout  his  therapy  and  adult  life.     EXTRA  BONUS     -     regardless  of  whether  josh  survives  the  events  of  the  mountain,  he  had  set  it  up  that  at  least  seventy  two  hours  after  the  twins  anniversary  that  the  folder  of  his  video  diaries  would  be  sent  to  both  christopher  and  samantha,  so  that  they  would  be  able  to  understand  exactly  what  his  thought  process  had  been  over  the  past  year  and  saw  how  the  plan  had  been  developing,  his  true  intentions  behind  the  plan  and  it  would  have  been  proof  of  just  how  messed  up  josh  had  been.
