On becoming Fearless

Life thought me many things... I always stand up again after falling...in my daily life I learn how to be me...How to be fearless... And I would love to share this life journey with you.

I admire Brandon Urie.

What a wonderful night! 

Listening to Brandon Urie, and feeling great about this hard life! 

   What I like the most about him is his fancy look, his fancy thoughts, and attitude ! 

It's rare to find it on today's silly guys! I just find that Brandon Urie is so unique! with or without that fancy hat! 

He has such a strong personality after all what he has been trough in life he still having faith and continuing in building and making his dreams a reality! 

Such a great model to follow, and a good example for the young teenagers...

Not like many people who have been blinded by fame and fortune, Brandon is humble, music is his life and lyrics are his story!

Feelings growing strong I'm lonely...

How to stop feeling so alone? Loneliness can kill us all it's supper dammaging...sometimes all you have to do is letting go and sometimes you need a serious help to let go!

 Form strong bonds with the people you know: Tell them about your secrets and listen to their secrets. Don't just meet them, have a superficial talk then leave but instead your conversation should be deep enough to strengthen your bond together

Its not about the quantity: The number of friends have no effect on loneliness but its intimacy that affects loneliness greatly. Having two intimate friends is better than having one hundred friends whom you barley know.

donn't live in your own boat: Try to find something common between you and your friends (like a hobby) then do it together. This will further strengthen the bond between you and will reduce the feelings of Loneliness...

How would you be yourself?

It's not really hard to try to be yourself the whole time...But it includes how you think and what are your principes ...

Consider yourself a person worth knowing and loving. This may mean having to get beyond past hurts to learn to love yourself and feel good about who you are.

Realize that your opinions, values and ideas have just as much merit as anyone's. Don't allow yourself to be swayed, in thought or in action, by those around you. You want to be you, not a conglomeration of everyone you know.

Avoid people who try to change you. They're subconsciously telling you that you aren't good enough the way you are, and you know better than that. Instead, surround yourself with people who like you just the way you are.

Be spontaneous. Don't overanalyze everything about yourself from your outfit to your hair. Speak freely without planning every sentence before you open your mouth. Just go with the flow, relax and enjoy yourself.

Resist trying to emulate someone you admire. You don't want to be someone else, you want to embrace who you are. It's OK to look to someone who possesses qualities you feel you are lacking to try and improve yourself, but don't try to be a carbon copy.

Remember that no one is perfect. You may look at people who seem so self-confident, who are surrounded by friends and who seem to have it all, and find yourself wondering what they have that you don't. But you don't know how they feel about themselves, what their problems might be. Focus instead on improving areas within yourself, and you'll feel more confident being yourself.

And remember an original is always worth more than a copy....

My fear Scientifcly What is it?

                                    In and out of your veins...

When fear crept into your mind it must be something outrageous… In fact we’re not afraid because the scence is scary…which is not scarly in real…But we are scared because we’ve learned once something and we had a psychological reaction on it… it is called a fight or a flight response. So when you get scared of something like your dealing with some issue do you stay and fight or escape? in both ways your body does a number of things automatically so it’s ready for quick action or a quick escape.  

  Your heart rate increases to pump more blood to your muscles and brain. Your lungs take in air faster to supply your body with oxygen. The pupils in your eyes get larger to see better. And your digestive and urinary systems slow down for the moment so you can concentrate on more important things. however….the right choice will make you feel calm if you’ve chosen to stay and fight of course…but the wrong choice will make your body disturbed for a while and then maybe you’ll survive or maybe you’ll get nut! so it’s better to calm down when your panic’d everything is so worthless... ;)
