fraud is *the* last normal layer before treachery. unlike the previous layers which has a distinct color associated with it (lust purple, wrath blue, greed yellow) fraud’s album cover is literally depicted as a rainbow because it’s a medley of all the previous layers. Did 8-3 not make that clear enough
About the architecture. It says in the lore that fraud impersonates its victim’s memories before distorting and warping it so that it breaks its mind. The office spaces likely represented v1’s origin but ALSO how humans lived post war

The inferno describes fraud as an amphitheater which was also present in 8-2 and 8-3. Fraud and violence are some of the more involved circles of hell and while ultrakill did abstract the concept of fraud compared to violence (which had the clear rings of violence compared to fraud’s bolgia’s) I’m not seeing anyone talk about how gluttony was also conceptual instead of a concrete place
