23rd Feast RVA, March 5th, 2018: Richmond Black Restaurant Experience Collaboration: Tickets!

Grab your tickets today for the 23rd Feast RVA dinner. This dinner includes a special collaboration with Richmond Black Restaurant Experience featuring plant based Chef Keva Miller ofFeedshine, LLC.

For this Feast RVA we'll be donating an extra $5 per ticket to Renew Richmond, a local organization the provides increased healthy food access in the Richmond region.

This is our 22nd Feast RVA dinner. Feast RVA is a place to join with your community, break bread, have a few drinks and vote on community-oriented ideas that will help our city thrive. 

This dinner will be catered by 8 1/2 - Amazing Italian! We'll also have musical guest Juan Harmon - Incredible accordion music On the ballot we have the following ideas: 1) Help-Portrait RVA - Help-Portrait RVA’s mission is to empower photographers, hairstylists, and makeup artists to use their passions to give back to people in need in their local community. -- Nathan Nunnelly 2) Richmond Story House - The Richmond Story House helps folks share their personal narratives, focusing mostly on marginalized communities.-- Rachel Pater 3. You're Whalecome - You’re Whalecome is a monthly subscription package full of fun, environmentally friendly surprises designed by a group of passionate artists that explores all things whales and a percentage of profits are donated to marine conservation. They also plan whale watching getaways in partnership with Surfrider to help raise money for Surfrider, VB, the local chapter of the national Surfrider organization. -- Lloyd Young

Movies & Mimosas Family Brunch - Round 3

The moment you've been waiting for has arrived! Introducing Feast RVA's 3rd Movies and Mimosas Family Brunch collaboration with Afrikana Independent Film Festival. As we say farewell to a challenging 2016, we couldn't think of a better way to ring in the new year than by raising a glass, watching an inspiring film, and conversing as a community.

18th Feast RVA Recap

We are still on a high from our 18th inspiring and empowering Feast. It was just what we needed to round out 2016. Great things happen when we come together and bring ideas to the table.

16th Feast RVA Dinner: April 17

We hope that you join us for our first Feast RVA Dinner of 2016! The ballots have not been announced, but we wanted to get tickets on sale as early as possible. Food will be provided by Yewon, Korean Barbeque. The music for the evening is to be determined. Stay tuned!

Our ballot will include:

1) Party Possible - Enhance the quality of life for pediatric cancer patients and their families through meaningful celebrations -- Candice Roquemore

2) Full STEAM Ahead - Conference dedicated to engaging and inspiring middle school aged girls in the Greater Richmond Area (especially from underserved backgrounds) to pursue their passions in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art/design, and Math -- Della Sigrest

3)SpoonScouts - Organization dedicated to workshop-based learning for children with disabilities who want to learn more about culinary technique and pastry/confectionary art -- Leanne Burton
