You can eat that piece of cake when you’re at your goal weight. You can have that burger as soon as your stomach is flat when you sit down. You can drink that milkshake when your thighs don’t touch. I promise , you can have anything you want for a day as soon as you reach what you’ve been trying to for 4 fucking years, but right now? Right now, you can drink 8 glasses of water a day, exercise your ass off, skip some meals, don’t eat those sweets, don’t binge, don’t give in. You got this.
