I think Wacom shows it a bit nicer than some other tutorials and guides I've seen. My books have like the same lessons, but I understood it better with this one.
Todays practice, definitely need to work on the eyes and nose, since it never looks good to me.
But I'm getting how heads are supposed to work, just need a bit more practice to get 'em right and then change them up.

I practiced with several sketches, but I also want something for my daily upload lmao.
I am quite bothered how little I know to draw human faces, or have drawn human head and faces. So it is time to study again. So I think this week I'm just gonna focus on human heads and face for practice! It is about time I stop avoiding it haha.
That one about how to draw human heads by Wacom felt very helpful. Not for faces, but certainly for head shapes.

Today human head study, I can figure out the actual face later. I mostly draw on the face to see more the section, hairline, eyebrows, nose, chin. But dang are ears easy if they are just in that section of that circle, that is insanely helpful.

Chubby and a mix of Simple is something I do more often next to my normal default drawing style. I'm still looking into having some other art styles to fall back too, (Right now I'm confident in Chubby, my normal and a mix of those simples) because I also like seeing my character done a bit differently.
It is quite fun to mix up how you draw your own character, it also helps avoiding artblock. Also don't need another person to just see my character in a different style than my own, if I just draw them in a different style lmao.

And now that I have an emulator to record my shiny Nuzlockes on, (since I don't have a capture card for my ds), I can actually do these nuzlockes and finish them lmao. Dislike it a bit to shiny hunt on an emulator, but eh hunt is hunt.
Although I have basically just started the run, it is quite ironic that is again cyndaquil, and the second or third shiny cyndaquil I've gotten in SoulSilvers soft resets haha It is going to take a looong time. Eh but my regular nuzlockes are all far quicker in between.
Charly is summoned to Pokemon Mystery Dungeon before their Journey through SoulSilver, giving them upon return the ability to understand Pokémon. However upon return their memories get locked away, sealing their current and previous life (from our world) away.
It is a reason why Charly would name their new Cyndaquil Aiden, since they don't remember their Partner Aiden.
Yet they still have their scarf that they got to keep even when going back to being human.
They still have a couple things from having been a Mareep which will both be good and bad for their life hehehe
Canonically speaking for my Mystery Dungeon AU, it is VERY funny to think about that when Hunter gets summoned for the second time, after becoming Unovas Champion, N is forced to come along for the ride as a Zorua! Would be quite interesting tbh.
Although I'm gonna work on Ns Zorua design later, this was a doodling and nothing serious.

At least I did legally change my name two years ago and some still struggle calling me my name even after what over 4-6y of already being named that just not legally lmao, thats how you know who cares and who doesn't.
I mean nobody gets my pronouns right irl, like what is so hard about just not using she? I literally have a beard, c'mon.
I'm not that bothered by misgendering in general, since I just consider people who don't put in the bare minimum of effort, a person that isn't worth my time anyway.
Online at least I get my sweet sweet they/them, since german doesn't have a good neutral term. And "it" I find dehuminazing. But power to whomever does use it, just my own preference.

My Leafgreen Nuzlocke protagonist. Design is subject to change, but she is chubby and a redhead with curly hair. Also her fabourite typing is normal typing.
The first proper Nuzlocke I completed, and unironically not the most brutal out of 4 main game nuzlockes so far. But certainly had my distracted and dumb moments that got some of my team killed.
Watching my niece, so just drawing traditionally for today. 1 1/2+ months of drawing daily!
