Omggg of course girlie! It just honestly depends on what you feel comfortable doing. Personally, I bought a diary and wrote on it all my dreams and aspirations as if I am living them now, and enjoying everything I want, and they slowly started unfolding in my current life.

I also got another diary and wrote on it specific things I wanted in EXTREME DETAIL, like a person I want or a specific item but you have to be super super detailed to the point you feel like you’re describing something for a scientific observation. That’s how the universe responds to you and your wishes, and how I’ve gotten everything I wanted!
