I’m sorry for the big gap of nothing ^_^ I've been sorting through photos from the past few cons. I don't normally post the rejects but, with how things currently are, these terrible photos and resulting edits feel quite appropriate.
Credit to CrimsonHero Cosplay for snapping some pics of myself and Max of Gales, in which my face game was either weak or strong depending on how you look at it.
So, after months of slowly trying to organise myself, I finally have an up-to-date Cosplay Island page!

It was short but sweet, this con. Sadly, we weren’t there for too long - but it was great to see so many friends. And also awesome to finally cosplay this poor, white-haired tragedy waiting to happen (even if I did forget my belt).

So I was working with some worbla for MCM and I may have accidentally cosplayed Forcystus...
Here’s my line-up for London MCM next weekend! This isn’t final - it will depend on when groups are happening and what is finished, but this is how it currently looks.
Hiyori and Shinya will not both be worn on the same day unless something goes wrong. I’m hoping that Shinya will be finished in time for the con - and will look good enough to wear. But if he isn’t, it’ll be Hiyori.

The colours and lighting aren’t ideal (and I don’t know enough about photoshop to fix it properly), plus tumblr seems to have messed with the quality, but I really love this photo.
Yona and Hak are one of my favourite ships of all time, and it means a lot that I got to do this cosplay with my wonderful partner in the role of Hak.
So thanks go to said partner for showing me this anime, for suggesting this cosplay and being the best Hak I could have ever wished for.

I don’t think I have many solo shots because it was all about the group with most of the things I did for Kita (no regrets XD), and unfortunately a lot of the ones we did get have turned out slightly blurry due to some fingerprints that got on the lens and the fact that none of us actually brought our glasses.
But here’s the first of a few Hiyori shots! I really loved wearing this cosplay - it’s super comfy and a lot of fun. I’ll definitely be bringing it out again ^_^

I haven't decided yet what to take to the ball. It's between Yona's first outfit, Kouygoku if I can fix her, Yuan and just myself in a nice dress.
I wanted to remake Martel but... there's no way I have time now! Maybe Ame? Organisation!
I've come to the conclusion that cosplay is like having babies - a lot of pain and cursing and swearing you will never go through that again, only to forget the pain a year later and do it anyway.

I’m sorry I fell of the face off the planet.
Here’s a quick wig and make-up test of Shinya. Wig arrived today and I could wait to try my first lace front. I think I need to alter the eyeliner to be thinner and less girly - and the wig still needs a trim, more of a style, and some wefts adding to cover my hairline by the ears. But it’s a start!
These are (sadly) the only photos I could somewhat salvage from the Saturday evening of MCM because English weather fucking sucks, but hey-ho, these are some pretty nice shots (if you ignore the grain and blur lmao)
