Pepper is a part timer at cafe nouveau, and a former member of team flare. she was pretty young when Lysandre took her in as a stray, so she's only 18-19 during the events of the story

She's usually called in to sub whenever Grisham gets too sick of Griselle's shit and needs someone who won't talk to him once throughout an 8 hour shift

(Pepper prefers working with Griselle, but together they really suck at customer service)
