Some psychologists assert that men today are developmentally and psychologically 50 years behind women. And that men’s dimming professional and education prospects relative to women are further weighed down by emotionally stunted personal development. Women are far more focused on fulfillment and self development. In a very real sense, it’s as if women have simply evolved past men. For evidence, check out the gender breakdown at the neighborhood yoga studio, mediation center or painting class.

THE MONSTROUS ARMY ON THE MARCH
A friend of mine who works for a government agency in the UK told me about how they had recently worried that they were hiring only female staff, and that this might be because the senior executive positions were all held by women. Perhaps their all-female hiring reflected an unconscious anti-male bias?
So they decided to switch to completely anonymous applications, with names and sex removed, in order to remove any possible tendency this way. This had been successful a couple of decades ago in removing anti-female bias in recruitment. The result?
Men still failed to be appointed. Indeed, if anything they were even less successful in reaching the final stages of the hiring process because there was no attempt to balance the overwhelmingly stronger female applications. Male applications were simply weaker, they were overall weaker candidates, and frankly they deserved not to be hired (or even interviewed). There was therefore no bias.
My friend is now perfectly happy to prioritise women in recruitment, and has no qualms about working towards a perfectly meritocratic, female-only workplace.
Fast following the footsteps of their sisters in the U.K. (U.K. women now make up two thirds of law students!), U.S. women are charging ahead of their male counterparts in law school. Unstoppable, ambitious, and in many ways, superior, these young women are destined to be the leaders of our female future of tomorrow.
The unstoppable tide of female ascendance has reached Africa. In Zimbabwe alone, women now make up 70% of the law school student body. This is projected to increase to 80% in as little as 5 years. That’s right. 4 women to every 1 man in law school. This trend is a microcosm of what is happening across all of Africa.
African women - liberated, empowered and free to pursue their dreams - are excelling past men to lead Africa into its new female future.

RESPECT FEMALE AUTHORITY TO GET THE JOB!
Hi, love your work and enjoy reading all the great news you bring. I wanted to share a fantastic experience I had recently. I work in government regulations and a female colleague asked me to sit in on a recruitment panel for a policy writing role on her team. I agreed to help her, of course. She had narrowed down to two candidates, and unfortunately for us they were both men. Nevertheless the role reported to her and would be the only male in a team of four, so we had to be sure the candidate was not only capable but would be a good fit in the team.
The first candidate was quite passive and deferential. The other female panel member initially counted this against him as it was important that the candidate could chase up stakeholders who often fail to provide feedback or answer questions. Incidentally, this is most likely why the team is overwhelmingly female in the first place. I certainly give them anything they ask when they have questions for me and I encourage others in the office to do so as well!
The second candidate used worrying language - suggesting he was passionate about dictating policy and setting rules for others. We all noted the aggressive words he used and I suggested that while I didn’t doubt she could manage him, if it was my choice I think I’d be reluctant to take on someone who may prove more trouble than they were worth.
Rather than rule him out, my colleague decided to conduct reference checks. Turns out his former boss was also female, and advised that he had difficulty taking direction from female bosses. This feedback made the decision easy, and the role went to a man who will fall into line without issue.

23 WOMEN, 1 MAN
I went to a job interview today. 23 women to 1 man (me)! I didn’t make the cut. Too many competent females ahead of me.. #futureisfemale
I think the role suited women better, more reliance on interpersonal skills and a caring manner with patients. I feel like I’m better suited to more traditional male skills, but there just aren’t as many job options there any more. Also, as the only guy, I found some of the girls quite distracting, they were all dressed up nicely and maybe took my mind off my game!
EDITOR’S NOTE What we see here are two big shifts in society leading to a female future. First, far more women than men have the educational qualifications necessary for professional and managerial jobs so it comes as no surprise to see single male candidate drowning in a tidal wave of female candidates. Second, the economy has shifted dramatically over recent years and women have shown better adaptability to the change and possess skill sets better suited for the 21st century job market.
One final note, notice also that the male interview candidate was distracted by the female candidates. This reflects the unique sexual power that women possess over men. Now we add female social and economic power to this mix and we have a very female future. =)
