Honestly it’s pretty similar to how you do mathematical proofs, but it’s a bit easier since you can derive premises from your own knowledge and experience, and you can do it in the human medium of language, making it a bit more intuitive.

To answer your question, reading and practicing mathematical proofs could work, also picking up the habit of questioning things and trying to prove them through not just anecdotes, but hard unflinching logic; Even when it seems obvious, because a lot of it actually isn’t.
