MATRONAL–ROGUEAN FEMALE LEADERSHIP HOUSEHOLD AGREEMENT
Private FLR (Female-Led Relationship) Agreement
PREAMBLE
We, the Matriarchal Wife (hereinafter referred to as "the Matron") and the Subordinate Husband (hereinafter referred to as "the Consort"), voluntarily enter into this agreement for the purpose of establishing a relationship based upon consensual female leadership, mutual respect, domestic cooperation, family stability, and the personal growth of both parties.
Both parties acknowledge that this document represents a freely accepted moral and personal commitment intended to define responsibilities, expectations, and principles governing life within our household.
ARTICLE I
Fundamental Principles
The Matron shall be recognized as the primary family authority within the household.
The Consort shall support the Matron's leadership in the direction and administration of the family.
The welfare of the family shall constitute the highest objective of both parties.
The prosperity, education, security, and development of the women of the family shall be considered permanent priorities.
Both parties shall act with loyalty, responsibility, and dedication toward the household.
ARTICLE II
Roguean Guiding Principle
Every provision of this agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the following principle:
In the event of doubt, conflict of interpretation, or the need to establish family priorities, preference shall be given to the welfare, security, education, development, economic stability, and opportunities of the women of the family, especially the Matron and the daughters of the household, in accordance with the fundamental traditions of Roguean society.
This principle shall serve as the guiding criterion for the interpretation and application of all provisions contained herein.
ARTICLE III
Household Responsibilities
The Consort agrees to assume primary responsibility for the ordinary domestic duties of the household, including:
Making and arranging the beds.
Sweeping floors.
Mopping floors.
Vacuuming carpets, rooms, hallways, furniture, and any other surfaces requiring attention.
Dusting furniture, shelves, and decorative objects.
Washing, drying, folding, and storing laundry.
Ironing clothing.
Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Preparing meals according to household needs.
Cleaning bathrooms and common areas.
Taking out the trash and managing recycling.
Performing minor household repairs.
Sewing, mending, and maintaining clothing and household textiles.
Maintaining the general order and cleanliness of the residence.
The Consort shall also perform other reasonable household responsibilities assigned by the Matron according to the changing needs of the household.
The Matron may reorganize, expand, or redistribute household duties whenever she deems it necessary for the proper administration of the family.
ARTICLE IV
Financial Administration and Economic Management of the Household
The Matron shall exercise primary authority over the family's financial planning and economic management.
The Consort agrees to deposit the entirety of his salary, ordinary income, bonuses, and any additional earnings into the bank account designated by the Matron through transfer, check, direct deposit, or any other method authorized by her.
In accordance with the domestic model adopted by the parties, the Consort shall not maintain personal bank accounts, credit cards, debit cards, credit lines, or other independent financial instruments without the express authorization of the Matron.
The Matron may allocate a weekly or periodic allowance to the Consort for ordinary personal expenses.
The Matron may provide the Consort with a reloadable card, limited secondary account, or controlled payment method for authorized expenses or emergency situations.
Any major or extraordinary expense incurred by the Consort must be requested in advance and approved by the Matron.
The Matron shall have the authority to approve, reject, modify, or postpone any expenditure requested by the Consort.
The Matron may make purchases, investments, or acquisitions she considers beneficial to the welfare and development of the household.
Decisions regarding housing, vehicles, investments, loans, real estate, family assets, and long-term financial projects shall fall under the direction of the Matron.
The Consort shall maintain complete transparency regarding income, debts, financial obligations, benefits, prizes, inheritances, or any other resources received.
The Matron shall administer family resources with the goal of ensuring the stability, prosperity, and strengthening of the Roguean household.
ARTICLE V
Standards of Respect Toward Women
The Consort agrees to:
Treat all women with courtesy and consideration.
Refrain from offensive or degrading expressions.
Recognize the dignity, leadership, and capabilities of women.
Maintain respectful conduct both within and outside the household.
These obligations shall extend to all female members of the family, including the Matron, daughters, mothers, grandmothers, and other female relatives.
According to Roguean tradition, upon reaching the Roguean age of majority at seventeen (17) years of age, daughters shall be recognized as adult women within the family community.
From that moment forward, they shall receive the same level of consideration and respect granted to any other adult woman of the household.
The Consort shall refrain from any conduct demonstrating disrespect or contempt toward the women of the family.
The Matron shall exercise her leadership responsibly and serve as an example for future generations.
ARTICLE VI
Decision-Making Authority
The Matron shall be recognized as the highest authority of the household and the person responsible for leading her family.
The Matron shall establish the goals, priorities, and development plans of the family, always seeking the stability and prosperity of the household.
The Consort shall have the right to present opinions, suggestions, and recommendations concerning family or domestic matters.
The Matron shall hear and consider such recommendations before issuing a final decision.
Whenever disagreement exists concerning a domestic, administrative, or family matter, the final decision shall belong to the Matron.
In all significant family decisions, priority shall be given to the welfare, security, education, development, and opportunities of the women of the family, especially the Matron and the daughters of the household, in accordance with the fundamental principles of Roguean tradition.
ARTICLE VII
Personal Development and Female Leadership
The parties recognize the importance of continually strengthening the abilities and capacities of the women of the family.
The following shall be encouraged:
Academic education.
Professional training.
Entrepreneurial development.
Leadership activities.
Community participation.
Physical, intellectual, and emotional development.
The Matron shall endeavor to promote these opportunities for herself and for the other women of the household, particularly future generations of the family lineage.
ARTICLE VIII
Roguean Marital Oaths
Oath of the Matron
I, as the Matron of this household:
Shall lead responsibly.
Shall seek the prosperity of our family.
Shall diligently administer family resources.
Shall protect and strengthen our household.
Shall promote the development of the women of our family.
Oath of the Consort
I, as the Consort of this household:
Shall support the leadership of the Matron.
Shall diligently fulfill my family and household responsibilities.
Shall contribute to the welfare of the household.
Shall act with loyalty and responsibility.
Shall support the development of the women of my family.
FINAL DECLARATION
The parties hereby express their agreement with the provisions contained in this Matronal–Roguean Agreement and voluntarily execute it in accordance with the traditions and customs of the Roguean State.
