I'm 5"2 and I understand your pain! But you are still beautiful no matter what. I would recommend walking 30-40 minutes a day and cutting out one healthy item of food you indulge in regularly (mine was pop) they are small changes but I promise over time it will give you results :) once you get comfortable with that you can move onto even healthier steps and it won't seem like a massive/scary adjustment !
Thank you :) I have been thinking lately about coming up with a regular schedule for going on walks/hikes. I'm not comfortable walking around my town but I have a few places that would work good for me, I just have to work it into my schedule/ routine.
