Fence Secret Santa 2021 Check In/ Call for Pinch Hitters/ *Missing Participant*
It’s time for the Fence Secret Santa Check In. Please fill this out and let us know if you need a pinch hitter/need to drop so we can try and figure out alternatives for your match! It happens, don’t feel bad, but please do let us know.
This brings us to Pinch Hitters. We don’t have any. Yep. Zilch. I don’t mean to beg but I am actually begging, if anyone has any time or bandwidth at all, to please sign up, because if someone drops out then that leaves me (and ONLY me) as backup. I can try to fill prompts but A) I am running this thing on my lonesome and B) I am creating my own match’s prompt as well. So we can see how that would not be ideal especially if multiple people drop (and unfortunately I have one participant whose match has bounced back every time I’ve emailed them. So I think there is at least one drop if not more).
Which leads me to a shout out~~ if your email is [email protected], please contact me and let me know you’ve gotten your match.
I’ve sent multiple emails but they keep bouncing, and at a certain point I have to reassign your match/get them a pinch hitter. I can always drop you a line on tumblr if your email is being a little pill, just let me know!
One last thing, I’ve had a message about socials for matches, as not everyone has filled out the survey. This is your reminder that if you want your match to know your socials/where to post, you gotta fill this out! Otherwise, matches can post on tumblr/a03/twitter and let me know to link/blog about it here. I will tag posts under Fence Secret Santa and also by participant’s emails (I have a master excel file which shows who has whom).

Hey there Fence Secret Santa Participants!
I have sent out social media information to those whose giftees responded to the survey. If you don’t have social media that’s fine, you can just send me your gift and I will post for you on this tumblr, tagging the recipient (by email if they have no socials either).
Otherwise, if you have *NOT* responded and want your creator to know your socials, please shoot me an ask letting me know you filled out the survey after you’ve done so.
Also -- someone messaged me saying that they had not received their match. OP, I just went into my email and double checked it against the email in the survey again to be absolutely certain, and it is the same one. I also just sent you another email to test it and it has bounced. Please let me know an alternative email, or let me know your tumblr and I will message you the information.

Important announcement for Fence Secret Santa Participants!
As some of you have been kind enough to point out, there was no section in the form for social media, leaving you without a clue of who your match is and where to share their gift!
If you are participating this year, please take this survey using the same email you did before. It will ask you for the social media you'd prefer your creator to post on. I will give everyone a few days to fill this out and then send out emails with the attached social media to creators. If you don't have one don't worry, I will post everything on this tumblr as well so you will not miss out.
