Results of Blog Testing.

So I created this blog, and my Noel Vermillion (azurerevolver) blog as a means to find muses within the Blazblue universe. I use to roleplay Ragna (beastlybloodedge), though I feel my muse for him died, despite me investing a lot of time and consideration in his character.

After a mere four days with Jubei and Noel, I've posted a total of 370 posts, most of which are in character. Jubei however, dominating over Noel with 212 posts of his own.

However, I'm still not 100% with either muse. Noel's easy to roleplay for me, but it's not nearly as satisfying to roleplay her as it is Jubei. As for Jubei, I find myself struggling with words and behaviors from time to time, as well as feeling like he's impossible to be taken seriously romantically due to the whole being a cat thing, but the roleplays I've had were fun and worthwhile, and got me to develop several headcanons for him.

All in all, I think I'm pretty set with Jubei, though I might opt to test another muse that I've been thinking of.  It's just a shame I fell off the planet with Noel because I spent a good deal of time making icons for her. Perhaps I'll share them.

Jubei’s ears twitch a bit at the request.. Normally he doesn’t like being treated like any run of the mill animal, but for whatever reason he’s decided to oblige her. “…Yeah, fine… Just don’t get too crazy.” he states, removing his good to reveal two black cat ears and that scruffy piece of fur atop his head he calls ‘hair’.

"Well we’ll save her..I know it. All of us, You, me, mister Hakumen, miss Trinity, and mister Valkenhayn. She cant possibly beat all of us." Celica’s eyes begin to water. She loved her sister and everytime she saw her like that, it broke her heart. "Oh gosh I’m sorry mister jubei.." She laughed a little. "I actually am kind of jealous of your relationship."

"Yeah... we will." Jubei replied humbly.

Though he didn't expect the girl to start crying. His heart sank, though his calm expression didn't change. Getting upset alongside someone who was crying never helped anyone feel better. Jubei turned around and embraced Celica warmly, his paws barely making it to her back. "Shh... It's alright." he said reassuring her before letting go.

"Besides, there ain't nothin' to be jealous of. You're blood. You couldn't be any closer than that." he chuckled lightly.

Neglected to mention: This blog is Multiship.

Don't get me wrong. Nine x Jubei OTP forever, but now that I've made a human form for him, I would really like to experiment with other ships and verses. Regardless of gender. But I highly doubt anyone would ship their character with Jubei olol.

All playfulness was gone the moment he mention Arakune. She quickly sat up, head snapping over to look at Jubei over her shoulder. The sclera already black as the red iris glowed brightly. “Arakune…” While she had no problem with anybody else besides Terumi, Arakune was the only one she couldn’t quite kill in any verse; at least with a sound mind.

Her right bandage arm twitch and the growling that started up in her chest without her knowing, quieted as she was brought back to focus. Blinking some, Blood glances away, sitting up fully as she gave Jubei her back before rubbing at her eye with her left hand, trying to will it back to normalacy.

"At least the Kaka clan is safe now. I’m sure Tao would be happy to hear that. " stated the weapon before glancing up, the last of the black clearing from the white of her eye; her right arm still itched. The fact Jubei said Arakune was stronger then usual had her worried, it was not a good sign. He’ll most likely try and go after Noel again and Ragna nor Kagura will be able to drive him back next time. She thought, frowning hard and bit her bottom lip hard enough to cause it to bleed.

"Fuckin’ hells fire!" Snapped Blood, stamping her foot, clearly upset. She couldn’t leave to hunt down Arakune, at least till Jubei was okay despite him able to care of himself and it wasn’t like he was infected with seithr, she hadn’t felt it emitting from the wound.

Glancing back at the beastkin, the Bloodscythe stood up and move back to sit next to the nekomata, hastily wiping the blood from her lips and let out a long sigh, leaning back against the tree. “Sometimes I jus’ wanna sleep but shit like this happens and I realize I can’t do that, not now.” She muttered.

"...Ya pretty much got me there with ya." he muttered back before the expression upon his face darkened.

"...I'm a tired old cat... I get that more than anyone realizes. But I can't afford to be rusty, or sleep my days away. Not while Nine's still fightin', and filth like Yuuki Terumi are still tryin' to destroy the Master Unit..." The inebriated cat's visage wobbled as a heavy sadness came over him.

His voice began to break. "...I just want erryone to be safe... My little girl to be safe..." he trailed off. "I want Nine-- S--safe and sound..."

"...I miss her."
