So I got my IUD changed on the 2nd. It did not go well. My doctor is lacking in bedside manner and doesn't say things like "ok, 1, 2,3" "you're going to feel me touching you" "I'm going to place the speculum in" or most upsetting, "I'm going to pull your current IUD out." Pain was quick but severe.
I have not had children, which makes the procedure much more difficult and painful. Time for the new one! They had to insert it twice into my uterus through my cervix because the first time 'didn't work. It took about 15 minutes until she was able to finish.
The extremely high volumes of pain inside that part of my body reminded me of being raped so many times and sexually abused. This nurse held my hand but I couldn't even squeeze it when I thought I'd pass out. I heard men around me, men from 8 years ago and men from 30 years ago.
I was in the most vulnerable position a woman can be in, I was in so much physical pain I just went back there. I had intense flashbacks, but I can hide them mentally. It was fucking shit, and I hate doctors and I hate rape

I get this question a lot. I usually ignore it, but I think it’s time to address it.
I’m a natural Dom. That’s the bottom line. I didn’t pick dominance as a lifestyle choice or a way to ‘get women’. It’s just who I have always been from an early age. A very early age. I didn’t just decide one day to be a Dom.
When people ask me for advice on how to be dominant or how to manipulate and control women, it tells me straight away that person is not a Dom.
Deciding one day to become a dominant, in my opinion, is not a good idea. It’s not something you can suddenly decide to be. By all means try and play the role in a session with a willing partner who knows it’s role play. Just don’t decide and tell people you are a Dominant.
If you have no idea what you are doing, the damage you can cause to a submissive girl is inexcusable. Lives can change and some of the after effects can last a lifetime. You need to be a master of balance, safety, self control and how to deal with anxieties.
It’s not just about controlling a girl, and it’s certainly not about manipulating them for sex.
Submission is a gift to be earned. There is absolutely no other way around it. You don’t just take it from a Submissive and you don’t ask for it. You earn it.
In regards to the question, if you do identify as a natural Dom, other Doms can advise you on the lifestyle, but I won’t teach you how to be more dominant. I only know how I am and what I like, so teaching someone is not something I think is right.
These are just my opinions, I’m sure other ‘Doms’ may say differently.
