Another rough plan for a linocut animation.
This is a digital 2d sketch for a linocut animation I am planning.
Sunrise motion graphic.
I tried adding some sound to the circle motion graphic.
Working on more motion graphics in After Effects.
Finished my Sleepycast ‘Fanimation’ - Zach’s Dad
Audio: Sleepycast episode 22 ‘Beating the Monkey’ – Sleepycabin youtube.com/watch?v=-8miOgWlSYw&t=244s
Featuring Oney, Ricepirate and Psychicpebbles.
Santa getting in shape for christmas.
My different stages for this walk cycle.
First rough keyframes, then rough in-betweens. After this I then add in the character’s details over the top and then work out any secondary animation. Finally I then worked over it with cleaner lines and added colour.
I am working on a fan animation of SleepyCabin's podcast - SleepyCast - using audio from episode 22 'Beating the Monkey'.
My individual poster for ‘The Fox Woman’, my film from the ‘Legends From Around the World’ compendium.
A poster I have been working on for my graduation show. It is my final project - ‘Legends From Around the World’, a collaboration with Becky Jenkinson, Emily Jackson, Matt Tebbutt, Oliver Flewitt and Rob Havinden.
‘Legends From Around the World’ is a compendium of five films, each based on different legends and tales. Going from left to right in this poster:
Amaterasu the Sun Goddess - a Japanese creation story
La Llorona - a South American horror story
The Jersey Pest - a North American urban myth
The Fox Woman - a Native American and Inuit tale
The Griffin - based on Mongolian folklore
My work from a quick tutorial in TV Paint and After Effects.
I made a low-poly Shiba Inu while practising modelling in Maya.
A loop from a 3D tutorial at uni (animated and composited by me, but not modelled). We rendered our films from Maya with two seperate layers, one with ambient occlusion, for shading, and one with colour. I then composited it in After Effects, placing the shading layer above the colour layer and changing its blend mode to multiply. I then put a picture of the media lab at uni in, for the background, and changed the levels and colour balance on the coffee.
An early animation playblast of a balloon from a 3D tutorial session in Maya.
