Playing with some style concepts in preparation for 7DRL tomorrow! The idea here being that you're an antivirus tasked with cleaning out the computer.

I know feature creep will get the best of me if I try to come up with some really cool new mechanic so this'll be a pretty standard roguelike in terms of gameplay I think :P still excited though!

I've been workin on a teeny space roguelike in my off-time. It doesn't have any massive formula-changing mechanics or anything like that, but I have had a lot of fun tinkering on it!

It has the typical roguelike pieces (procgen, tile-based movement, permadeath, etc.) The basic idea in my head is that you're a scrapper in deep space, dismantling derelict spacecraft and abandoned bases for cash. I have some ideas for neat things I could add as time goes on but for now it's just a little fun project to work on when I have enough time outside of my day job.

(The noise/screen filter is toggleable in the settings!)

I figured out how to make a really neat mechanic w/ movable windows!! I have no idea if I'll finish this in time for the game jam it was originally made for but something about dragging around the windows and the character being able to break out of them is so fun
