Comic writer looked me dead in the eye and said "Knull can turn things into dragons at will" and I was supposed to take it seriously but I've been laughing for fifteen minutes that's so silly.
I forgot to post my Knull Comic (My own alternate universe, but I added context descriptors.)
Knull, minding his own business, putting beads in his hair.
Reliable -the NecroSword he made way too clingy in compensation for All-Black willingly abandoning him for the first guy who promised to kill gods as well- Appearing from the void in the hopes she may be picked up today.
Perish, his personal Guard who simply wishes to be a little closer to her Lord jumping up onto the counter.
Reliable immediately vibrating violently in response, terrorizing Perish who flies back like a cat touching tinfoil.
Perish crashing somewhere off screen while all of Knull's belongings also clatter onto the floor. He is thoroughly unimpressed and the sword is going back on the shelf for today.

A series of posts dedicated to my new favorite character: Starlingpaw. (Part One)
This is definitely too many words but I'm passionate.
Spoilers for Hidden Moon and Chasing Shadows below the line!
Oh, where to even begin with this genuinely intriguing character whose writing has clearly left many who only read the Wiki so very confused.
We'll start where the fun begins-
Subject One; The Death Of His Father.
Starlingpaw is a character who is initially a rather regular cat in the clan. He's a background character merging into the forefront of the storyline and purposefully taking it over, though that's not to say his visions of grandeur weren't there from the very beginning. He is an apprentice who defied orders to chase the chance at joining his clanmates in what was to him at his young and inexperienced age, a momentous occasion.
We've seen apprentices make this mistake before, but usually the consequences aren't as severe as the death of their own father. To be blamed for something so devastating is a weight that's going to prevail even in the face of apologies and corrections. No matter what any of his clanmates do and say, there will always be a part of him that remembers and believes ‘this was my fault.’
With that in mind, it's no wonder Starlingpaw yearns to do something great and good. In the back of his mind, there's a festering demand he make up for what he's done.
Subject Two; The Prophecy
Having just received the blame for his father's death and now searching for a way to correct his mistakes, Starlingpaw unintentionally receives a prophecy from an unaware Tawnypelt.
He is led to believe that only he can stop the “two faced cat” from bringing ruin down upon the clans. This is the chance he'd been desperately hoping for, and so he sinks his claws into the prospect and refuses to let go.
Perhaps a different cat would have been able to comprehend that Tawnypelt's words hadn't been meant for them, but in his state of mind that realization couldn't befall him. He only sees a chance at redemption, gifted to him by Starclan itself.
Being an inexperienced apprentice spontaneously spurred into action, his aim is botched. He places suspicion on the innocent… alluding to the first true sign that perhaps maybe, Starlingpaw, has the potential to become a real problem.
Eventually there comes a second addition to the prophecy, or another altogether- That much is blurred. Starlingpaw knows this one wasn't meant to be received by him. It was Crowfeather’s. With the ability to see spirits having passed down from Tree, he happened upon the opportunity to steal the information from the windclan cat trapped on the verge of death, and he purposefully hid this power to do so.
Now knowing that there is a potential “deceiver” amongst the questing cats, he is keen to believe that this may also be his responsibility to solve. In his eyes, if it's connected to the prophecy he'd been given, it just has to be.
From this point on, Starlingpaw starts to gain momentum, and shape himself into the very cat the prophecy may be warning the clans about...

I actually love so much having a POV from the perspective of a character slowly becoming a villain. Him chasing a prophecy that is inevitably about himself. Peak.
complaining about a movie being 2 hours long. bro that's how long a movie is!
saying "this movie dragged on too long in certain parts but it was done to put you in the shoes of the character so it works" so youre saying the pacing worked for the purpose the artists were going for. so you're saying the pacing was good. don't say it's bad then say it's good
Movie critics are so caught up on being "critics" they can't comprehend that a movie can incorporate negative emotions into an experience. In this case its the drag of time, giving us a glimpse of the characters perspective.
I've seen them do the same shit for characters that are purposefully designed make them angry. It's like an immediate single circuit switch in their brain going "Op! Negative emotion! Minus one star!"
Doing this with something there for immersion is crazy to me. Just... you can not like a feeling but that doesn't mean the movie is bad for making you feel that way... its a psychological horror....
Its not necessarily my mental health that's the issue, to be clear. Sure, its definitely taken a hit but I've been in a lot worse places than I am now.
The issue is my cronic migraines. They're consistently debilitating. I do want to continue my comic; More than anything it would bring me joy! However, simply looking at screens on which I do my art can trigger or worsen my migrianes.
I preoccupy myself with smaller projects, that I find easier to maintain.
