i just finished cinderella phenonenon: evermore. im crying

rave post coming up lol

so there will be mild spoilers for the game here. esp rod’s route! please look away now if you still don’t know the story and still want to fully enjoy it for yourself as i highly highly recommend it to everyone haha!

the boys were all wonderful and i think they all complimented lucette in such an endearing way, which the sequel definitely showed off amazingly, with my favorites being fritz and rod in terms of route satisfaction haha

my favorite has always been rod and god it’s kind of embarrassing how much i cried over this man and his constant selflessness for those who he loved. the way in which he was represented really appealed to me in the sense that he truly revolved around love: he took upon the challenges that came with transitioning to royalty for love, and where he eventually gave up that constant once again in the name of love. this dynamic really worked well with his cynical and cute grumpy character i think, which is why i received his route the best! i’m also a sucker for heart-strings being angstily tugged, so just seeing rodcette fighting relentlessly for their relationship (especially rod, being the sacrificial, overthinking boy he is haha), i found it to be endearingly romantic bwha.

THERE WERE SO MANY LITTLE DEJA VU MOMENTS FROM ROD’S ROUTE IN THE FIRST GAME TOO please the reminiscent nostalgia drove me absolutely insane

ALSO… the last cg..

i noticed the other routes definitely had their suggestive moments in this game, but admittedly i didnt think we were gonna get the same treatment in rod’s route due to the taboos of their relationship.. OH HOW I WAS HAPPILY PROVEN WRONG… it was.. arguably the most suggestive scene out of all of them yeah i said it

i’ve been following this game’s development for so long and i seriously couldnt be happier right now, i’m also lowkey broken rn like what am i gonna do now?? go back to… normalcy?? yeah okay 🤣

anyways rodcette ily and i will shower this game’s name with nothing but love and admiration for the gorgeous art, writing, and music put into it for the rest of my days 😽

@dicesuki,, ily guys so much LMAOO,, the amount of tears i shed over this series since i chanced upon it in middle school? the fact that i’m taking this series i hold so dear to my heart with me to college this year is.. just the fact that this beloved series of mine was a part of that transition is crazy to me haha. thank you guys for bringing life to a series i get to take with me that i’m never going to forget.
