Volstovic Cycle Festive Exchange: 2019 sign-ups are open!
It’s that time of the year again!
As usual the exchange will be for both fic and art and will be open to anyone who wants to participate.
Because we’re such a small exchange and have been running for a couple of years now, please make sure you request and offer at least 3 different characters or ships to facilitate matching.
The timetable for the exchange will be slightly different to previous years to give pinch-hitters a bit more of a heads-up:
18 November: sign-up deadline
20 November: assignments sent out
20 December: hard deadline - please have your gifts done or almost done by this date
25 December - 1 January: posting gifts

*Pinch-hitting means jumping in for someone who’s had to default on the exchange, usually at the last-minute. (In this case you would have about a week, maybe more if the other person defaults before the deadline).
