I don't listen to them

i keep psyching myself out. running around in circles. its all bullshit. i know what is real and i know what the truth is, i just cant seem to shake this feeling. im stuck in quick sand. feet engulfed in this bullshit, the rest of my body frantically going about. i need to slow down. i need that constant reassurance. its so fucking inconvenient.

there are days where i wake up and immediately start crying. why? who’s to say. i sure as hell don’t know. an overwhelming sense of reality? the sudden realization of who i am? ive known all along, just never really paid enough attention. its a funny thing, paying attention. i’ve been doing much more of it lately. i’ve unintentionally and unknowingly numbed myself for the past few years. in the most recent year, with the help of a lot of psychedelics and other stimulants, i’ve come to notice how fucking vacant i’ve been.

i’ve been a victim of a lot of sexual abuse this past year. trying to put together pieces of myself while another person is taking other pieces away from me is incredibly difficult.
