Walmart Bonus chapter is best read at page 174 stopping on the line "Their silence was heavy" (4th line from the bottom). It fits pretty perfectly if you stop there, read the bonus chapter and then continue on with page 174.

BAM Bonus Chapter is best read between chapter 77 and chapter 78. Finish chapter 77 like normal, read the bonus, then go on to chapter 78!

Both the Target and B&N Bonus Chapter is best read after reading the entirety of CC3.

death doesn't scare me but you know what does? these two lines from queen of shadows:

aelin and dorian were "glowing like newborn gods as their magic entwined" (pg 575)

that's when dorian broke free of the valg control, and aelin and dorian turned on the king of adarlan. but this next line is the one that plays on repeat in my head:

"But they held tighter to each other, past and present and future; flickering between an ancient hall in a mountain castle perched above Orynth, a bridge suspended between glass towers, and another place, perfect and strange, where they had been crafted from stardust and light" (pg 575)

so when we look at what the past and present and future is referring to, we know that the past refers to when dorian and the king of adarlan went to terrasen when aelin was little. the second line refers to the present--how aelin and dorian are currently on the bridge, fighting the king. but the third line--something about that just screams crescent city to me (either that, or it could be referring to when they seal the lock together)
