BIOGRAPHY
Yejun was born to a loving family that always watched out for him and made sure he was fine.
He did not turn out fine. He turned into a complete weirdo. A rather brutal person from such a nice family.
Kim Yejun is a sort of deranged person who has an obsession with hurting others and looking for evil supernaturals.
He's a bit of a blood junky. (funny b/c he’s not a vampire.)
He’s a witch.
He had a friend when who was his best friend. They were both witches.
They weren’t nearly as deranged as him but they were someone that he told a lot of his secrets to.
He used to spend time with them and they would do spells together.
As he got older he got better with spells and became obsessed with bettering his craft.
He learned how to fight so that he could protect himself and his friend.
When they moved away he was extremely sad and lost them. He’s still looking for them.
When he was younger he would play with dream walking when he could.
When he was younger he began fighting in underground fighting rings. That was when he was exposed to the supernatural and saw them only as competition.
He won A LOT. Especially against some pretty strong people.
He’d made a lot of money he didn’t need during that time.
Yejun had A LOT of pent up rage that he still has to this day. He’s the type to go look for a fight if angry.
He moved out of his parents at the age of 18.
Until he was twenty three he spent time in fight clubs where anything was legal and things just weren’t fair.
Some months nothing went his way and he’d be homeless. He liked his mom but he’d rather be homeless. His parents had nothing in common with him and the streets could teach you a lot.
Sometimes he’d work as a tarot card reader in the city’s downtown
There wasn't anything extraordinary about the sight in from of him. It was just a plain library nearby his house that he frequented. It was a pretty place to him. A place that held secrets. He really enjoyed going there and looking for tips on his magic. Something he was extremely interested in was combat magic. He would watch other wizards and ponder on how they excelled.
"Why the hell am I here," he muttered, his face lit up by the computer screen. He should probably just use to computer to chat someone up or maybe he should watch anime, that would be fun, or maybe he should just do what he came there for. He was looking for a book on hexes and his mind was stuck on the very idea that he could find something that might make him feel more interested in life. Maybe he could summon a familiar. Did he just need a dog? Maybe he was just used to the idea of using magic and he'd overthought the entire thin.
He leaned his forehead against the bright computer screen. His fingers were on it too. What am I going to do with myself? It felt weird being surrounded by people. Things were neat and orderly at his place, but he wasn't used to being around others unless he had to be. He sat back up, straight shoulders aligned. This was his sign to make friends.

Dojun was doing better than he was, or at least it was beginning to feel that way. He was staring the boy down.
“Y’know you’re pretty hot when you’re angry,” he mentioned as he painted on his easel. They were both painting a vase filled to the brim with spring colored flowers. Every so often Yejun would try to go over to Dojun and see what he was painting. He wouldn’t let Dojun see his. Yejun had been practicing for a little over five years now so he was a pretty adept artist. He knew his way with a brush and he really enjoyed it. His personality didn’t match his craft but he really enjoyed it. He put a brown stained brush to his art piece without looking at it and focused on his classmate Dojun. He pouted at his creation. It was muttered with bright pink hues that accented the white surrounding it. There was a warm tan color accenting the leaves. He was trying to give this flower and accent of something he knew would happen inevitably, death.
The thought of death was inherently scary to him but he would never let that on. He ‘humphed’ to himself. His creation held a nice cacophony of light colors and that mixed with an autumn palette. He bit his lip as he put down his paintbrush. He really wanted to look at Dojun’s. His brain was focusing on it.
“Come on,” he said eyeing the guy “you should be done.” Yejun was basically done. He was pretty sure he’d gotten the shading correct.
yejun’s gaze captures hers and her brows raise. “what, practicing mind reading now?” though the tone of her voice is light, she’s definitely not going to be the first to break eye contact- she’s much too stubborn for that. “or are you trying to go for round thirty-one?”
“I was thinking thirty-one sounded like a good number to beat you with,“ he got annoyed by her sometimes but who could he blame when he was an asshole and he knew it.
Being around Xuilan made him think maybe I should shut the fuck up around women or they’ll get into a fight that could last way longer than he could even bear. Within the first month he realized losing was way faster and he didn’t have to hear her talk. When he fought her he was fastidious. He watched her every movement. He learned a lot from her within in that short time.
A lot of Yejun’s training had come from underground fighting rings when he was younger so when he met Xuilan she only furthered his training. She was just a really amazing witch when Yejun thought about it. Maybe he should watch her fight someone else. She wondered how well she would do in a underground fighting ring. He’d definitely bet on her.
“You sure you’re up for round thirty-one? Thirty one is one of my favorite numbers you know?”
He was heavily breathing over the body of a Xuilan. He was just standing there staring directly into her eyes. He was hot and sweaty. His white tee was sweaty and had splotches all over it. In his right hand he had a bamboo sword that was previously moving tearing through the air. It had made many a thwacking sound through out their fight or their fights. Sparring with Xuilan was quite and endeavor for him. It was difficult tracing her movements and seeing where her sword or sometimes hand would land next. She was very good at it though.
“How many was that now?”
His shallow breathing betrayed his statement but he didn’t mind. He reached out a hand to help her up. He honestly wasn’t sure if she’d take it. Her eyes seemed defiant to her, already. They had about thirty sparring rounds so far. It was pretty tiring. Some of them went on for a while. He was always surprised by Xuilan’s stamina. Some people just really surprised Yejun.
“You’re doing really well today, Xuilan.”
She really was. He always watched her movements closely but she seemed to be on the top of her game today. He knew the feeling. Some days you were just in the zone and nothing and no one can stop you.
His eyes were still directly on hers. Yejun never had any issue dealing with people. He never had any issue looking people in their eyes the way some people did. He wondered if Xuilan did. He couldn’t understand how anyone could. Maybe Yejun was just small minded but he wondered what went on in their heads. He could never really be afraid of someone. He heard that shy peoples anxiety and heart rate went up when they dealt with a situation. He always wondered what he would do with all that adrenaline.
