‘ romantic, you say?’ he chuckles and shakes his head at her- he looks down at her figure and how excitement is clearly radiating  off her face. he can’t take his eyes off her as he shakes his head again. ‘ do you think i would ever miss going to france with you, al? especially since you seem to want me there so, so much. i, mean, who would ever deny a literal french kiss?’

alice nods and she’s still smiling at the male, she’s bursting with excitement. this was going to be such a treat for the two of them, she hoped that frank was coming too. she couldn’t help but roll her eyes at his next comment, “you’re so cheesy! but i’m here for it” alice giggles at frank. “i can’t wait to have that french kiss with you though...” alice carries on.

“frankie! can you believe it, we're going to france. it's so romantic" alice says to the other male. she was SO excited to spend time in france with frank, alice couldn’t wait to sneak off with him to explore the academy (and share a kiss in the corridors of course). “you’re coming right? i won’t go without you!”

he tucked her closer to him with one arm, faces inches apart and he found himself grinning ear to ear as she calls him a meal, he leans in and presses a kiss on the edge of her lips, then her cheek, then right on the top of her nose. ‘ i guess i could snack off you every single day of my life.’ he moves his hand to move a strand of her hair behind her ear and nods to his own words. ‘ it’s getting chillier outside, i don’t want you to catch a cold, so i’ll give you one of my scarves to wear around, yeah?’ he knew for certain she had hers- but, it was something about her wearing his blue scarf that make his insides sparkle.

alice couldn't help but smile as frank kisses her, he was so cute. she wasn’t ready to say that to his face, just yet. “i like that idea. buuuut do you really think i’d be that filling?” she teases the male. of course alice had her own gryffindor scarf but she wanted to wear something of franks. so he was closer to her at all times, “its bloody freezing, that’s what it is. alright dad --- i’d like that” alice jokes. she was really starting to like frank, she’d never felt like this about anyone before and she was unsure of how to deal with these feelings.

“clearly we did, the professor just told you to hand in the homework he assigned last week.” Emma rolled her eyes at Alice. “No, should have been paying attention in class, not doodling yours and Longbottoms names in a heart.” a small smirk appeared on her lips as she looked at the Gryffindor student. “Being a lovesick fool doesn’t get you anywhere, sweetheart.” 

"i know that now..." alice mutters in reply, she  was trying her hardest not to let herself be riled up by emma. she tugs down on her bottom lip, “aw! seriously emma?! can’t you help me out? just this once”. alice pauses for a moment, she hated it when people talked about her and frank’s relationship ---- they were going to tell the world when they were ready. “besides, what i write on my parchment --- is my business and mine only. lovesick? i don’t think so...”.

“i think you’ll find… that the assignment was written right on the board, alice. so yes, we did have coursework for this class.” mary raises her eyebrows at the other girl and she sighs as she pulls her charms work out and handed it over to her. “here. just do it quick before flitwick finds you because he can somehow sniff out when people are cheating,” she mumbles and runs her hands over her face. it’s not as if she hasn’t allowed her friends to cheat before, but she was tired and bad things always happened when she was tired.

alice huffs at her friend's comment, she was probably right but alice didn't want to admit it. “i guess i just didn’t see the board then!” but a smile soon appears on her lips as mary passes her homework over to her. “you’re a life saver! thank-you! don’t you worry --- he’ll have no idea” alice carries on. she quickly begins scribbling down the answers, she was thankful for her friends --- she’d just have to remember to look at the board next time.

alice scrunches up her nose and looks at the other, "no way! i swear we didn’t have homework for this class...” she says. she’d always tried and remember to do her homework but sometimes she’d get distracted. “can i copy yours then? help a girl out!” she sighs, maybe she had forgotten this time round.

leo just smiled at alice’s questioning and nodded. “serious as a black.” laughing at his own pun, he dug in his bag for a second before fingers touched metal. “multiple bowls actually, and spoons.” he said, presenting an example of the dishes that he had nicked from around the castle over the years.

alice rolls her eyes at his comment but can't help but laugh at his pun, "good one". she sits down next to the male and watches him searching for a bowl. “i’m guessing you do this often then? don’t the house elves notice you've been taking cutlery?” she questions him, as she takes the bowl from him.

frank had looked down at her figure sprawled onto his bed like a cute little starfish and for a moment, got lost into the view before he came back to reality with a shrug of his shoulders, taking to lay down besides her, prompted onto his elbow so he could stare at her without her finding it weird. ‘ i like the idea of just staying here- but, am i not an enough snack for you, al?’ he asked into a whisper almost, moving his face closer to hers with a bright, innocent smile. in all the honesty- he had a full bag of snacks under his bed just for her.

alice looks up at him, studying his face, he was very handsome. she’d come to this conclusion long a go. she was snapped back into reality by the sound of his voice, had she been staring for awhile? was it weird? she didn’t really know. “that’s stettled! we’ll stay here” she says, a blush forming on her cheeks when she hears the end of his comment. she’s unsure of what to say next, alice doesn’t want to make things awkward. their faces were very close right now, what could she do? alice being alice, she leans up to boop his nose and giggles. “oh? hm? you’re looking more like a whole meal to me...” she teases him.

alice flops down on franks bed, her body all sprawled out like a starfish. she looks up at the male with a grin on her face, “what do you want to do today franky?” she asks him. “we could go for a walk? or we could just hang out here” alice carries on, she ponders for a moment. “if we stay here, do you have snacks? or do we have to raid one of your dormates cupboards?” alice teases the male. she’d be happy to do anything, as long as she was hanging out with frank.

leo loved soup - and he knew one person that loathed it. the divination professor was wary of anyone that ate soup, particularly alphabet soup. and while leo had never bothered to ask why, he was content to sit near her classroom and eat soup from a tureen on the floor. and so that’s what he was doing. “can i offer you some soup?” he asked just as he did everytime someone approached. “house elves made it so it isn’t poisoned.”

alice had been doing some extra studying for divination and she was dropping off a book back to her professor, when she found leo. the girl raised a brow at his comment, she’d heard through friends of friends that leo would often do this. “soup? seriously?” a sigh escapes her lips, “sure! you’ve got another bowl though? i’m not eating it out of my hands...”.
