RULES - READ BEFORE ASKING
Hi, welcome to FFXIV Crack Confessions. This is for silly shit and nothing else. Read this post before sending asks or I'm sending your ass to Aurum Vale synced as a healer. And yes, your tank will be a sprout paladin.
1) THIS IS FOR CRACK CONFESSIONS.
This is ENTIRELY UNSERIOUS. Tell us your deepest desires in a silly stupid way or make a new joke for the fuck of it, but do not take this as a real confession blog. Cast your mind back to 2013 tumblr fandom posting. If you're too young to remember that, you're too young to be here, probably.
2) NSFW SUGGESTIONS ARE ALLOWED.
Please keep in mind that your down bad 'confession' should still be silly and not too serious. Also please note that I will post any submission- not just NSFW ones- at my own discretion. Don't be offended if I don't end up posting your thing, perhaps I just wasn't in the mood for it. I am as fickle as PVP changes every patch. On that note, please understand that you may find posts that mention sex on this blog in some comical capacity. You're probably at least big enough and mean enough to react appropriately to that if you have a tumblr account but I'm not holding my breath.
3) THIS IS NOT FOR COMMUNITY CONFESSIONS.
Keep other people's name outta your goddamn mouth. No bitching about people, subsections of the player base, raiders, gposers, modders, content creators, so on and so forth, no fandom wank, no complaining, this is not a Real Confession Blog, and frankly if you're chomping at the bit to find a place to anonymously be a cunt about someone, you're like mentally 13 and when I said we're going back to 2013 for the post vibes I didn't mean you should regress either.
4) NO BAD FAITH POSTING
Use your brain, if you feel as though your honour as a Character Enjoyer is being challenged because someone confessed that they wanna stretch Estinien out over a taffy hook so he could play for the Lakers then perhaps step back a little. I will never publish confessions that I feel are meant to be bad faith in of themselves, and honestly if you're using a CRACK CONFESSION BLOG to earnestly talk about how much you hate [INSERT CHARACTER HERE] I think you also need to step back a little.
5) WE ADHERE TO SPOILER EMBARGOS.
In fact we're adhering to an extended embargo cause My Ass- as of making this blog- is Not caught up to 7.3. If you send me a confession about shit that happens in the newest patch and it hasn't been like a solid three months since after the patch has been out I'm personally sending killer hornets to your house. Do not send confessions about major spoilers in any part of the game (ie major character deaths), posts will be given tags based on the expansion a character shows up in and/or is more relevant in depending on the confession. Remember- you are not the only person on earth who plays this game, people will in fact be behind you.
I'm hoping to fucking god this is as comprehensive as this needs to be. If I need to add more rules I will frown very hard whilst doing so. If you have any earnest questions on what is and isn't good to post, do not hesitate to ask- please preface any asks or submissions that are not confessions as something like '[NOT A CONFESSION]' just to keep things clear.
