In a hospital I was at. It's probably supposed to say "śluza personelu", so, like, "staff's lock". "Lock" in the sense like in "airlock", as in, the area through which the staff transitions from unclean to sterile parts of the hospital

But it's missing an "a" so what it actually says here is:

"Staff's OOZE"
