howdy! I'm your friendly neighborhood polls person, pronouns they/them, unfortunately hailing from the US of A
I post polls asking the general population if they'd trust fictional doctors with their gender affirming care.
for those who don't need gender affirming care or have already received the care they need, congratulations! you're welcome to treat it from any perspective and vote yes or no anyway, or if you're not comfortable with that, use the handy-dandy "n/a, nuance, results" button which I have hopefully remembered to add
requests are open, and will be for the forseeable future! just send an ask! your character doesn't have to be an actual medical doctor, but it's preferred that they are associated with medical sciences or healing in some way, shape, or form. please only request one character per ask; I am too lazy to separate them out but I'm limiting myself to one poll per post

I've noticed that a lot of people like to request characters that do fucked up things to people and animals, so research characters at your own risk. if you have issues with body horror and/or medical trauma, this may not be the blog for you
all polls last a week, and if one of them doesn't, comment a thousand times so I can fix my mistakes
