The money has all been refunded, and now she is left starting from scratch after being so close to evacuating. Fidaa @fidaa-family2 is a 29 year old mother who has been separated from her family, who now cares for her two children, a 2 year old and 2 month old, with no support in the midst of a violent occupation. She has had to relocate several times, forced to take from their evacuation funds each time to make sure her children make it to the next day. Obtaining basic necessities like food, water, medicines, clothes and blankets is an immense struggle in Gaza, as little aid is allowed in. Fidaa wants to be able to provide for her children and get them out of Gaza, to a safer place where they don't have to live in fear.

The money will help her pay evacuation fees, and purchase necessities they need to live until the border opens. Some of you may know that I was recently in Palestine.
While there, my resolve to do everything in my power to help only strengthened, and I came back wanting to check in on a few of the campaigns I had adopted. To my disappointment, a couple of them were frozen or reported, even though they had been tirelessly vetted and verified.
The worst part is that there are talks of a temporary ceasefire happening again, with the Rafah border crossing opening once more, and my friend Fidaa fears that after all of the hard work, she might not be able to get her two young children (a toddler and a baby) out. She is their sole provider right now.
So we have set up a temporary fundraiser for her on Chuffed, while we work to get her funds unsuspended (if we can). We have to act fast. Please know that two things are true: giving even a very small amount helps, and if you are unable to right now, spreading this campaign and getting more eyes on it helps.

Here is a picture of my friend Fidaa’s baby girl, Sila. Sila and her baby brother Muhammed are currently stuck in a situation so horrible that words struggle to describe it.
Fidaa, (@fidaa-family2) the mother of these beautiful children, is a 29-year-old woman from Gaza who, during the war, was separated from her entire family and is currently being forced to take care of her two children, completely alone.
Her children are both sick from the cold and the encroaching spread of diseases, and they are all in pain. She has been displaced with her children many, many times, each time having to dip into her precious evacuation funds to buy transportation.
Every time she is displaced, she is forced to buy a new tent, which as we know costs $1,500…
This makes her evacuation funds absolutely instrumental for her and her two small children’s survival, two children who I will now remind you are sick, hurting, and starving in a situation that nobody could have ever predicted.
These conditions are absolutely catastrophic. They are apocalyptic. No child, no mother, no person should ever have to go through this.

You can help by donating and sharing so that Fidaa is not forced to struggle any longer. All she hopes for is to get enough money to evacuate to Cairo so that she no longer is forced to rely on the black market for things as simple as food.

We try to live under miserable conditions in tents in Mawasi Khan Yunis, south of Gaza. It is difficult for me to find the words to describe what we face every day in Gaza. No food, no medicine, no clean drinking water, oppression, helplessness, psychological pressures, doubts, and daily trauma due to the loss of loved ones. In Gaza, it's not just hunger, disease and fear; Rather, it means actual death.
We have been forced to move more than 7 times, and my house has been completely destroyed, and I cannot provide enough milk, diapers, medicines, and vitamins for my children.
