this page would be dedicated to my characters and lore(s). i mostly draw and write and being on tumblr with other writers would be the occasion to reconnect with a serious writing community - that's how i see tumblr and I hope that I'm right -, as being chronically online for years severely altered my vocabulary with buzzwords and made me grow unable to post anything serious without a touch of autoderision. this generation has a lot of qualities but definitely has a problem with solemnity which wastes a lot of potential in young creative souls that can feel forced to lessen the impact of their pieces and to make them laughable, ridiculous, meme-able, to have a decent audience. i want to re-learn how to stop doing this even if it takes time.
anyway, the main project i'm working on with @kknyght and @eemaogr is a story about pirates that look for the blue sky in a world in which the industrial revolution has created too many factories, completely darkening the sky. each one of us has one or two main characters ; mine are a captain who wants to improve the pirate nation and a cartographer who tries to escape her mermaid origins. both are cross-dressed women, both are queer, both are contrasted within themselves.
i intentionally convey a lot of political messages in my creations so if you see a coincidence with the real world, it isn't !! as camus said, fiction is the lie in which we tell the truth. i also try to break stereotypes and to represent the most people possible, i care more about representation in a character than if i as the writer personally relate to them (even if i do happen to relate to some traits of my mains, they are far from being self-inserts).
moment of truth !!!! i don't know what and how exactly i could start posting here so i will probably post, delete, post and delete again until i post a good starting post. should i post extracts of my writings, knowing that they aren't in english, and that translation would denature them ? drawings, even though they are already posted at least 2 times in other social platforms ? i don't know but i'll figure it out eventually.

⤷ AGE : 20 years old (2006)
⤷ LANGUAGES : french/english ; as suggested, english isn't my first language which makes me forget or confuse little words (like "on", "in", etc), use the same word repeatedly, word my sentence in a grammatically correct but weird way to avoid using a word that is not in my vocabulary or make typos when i type fast, i'm always improving my english but as long as i'm not 100% fluent i'll ask you to not mind that and to correct my mistakes if i don't do it myself.
⤷ ASPIRATION(s) : i’m currently studying illustration and graphic design, i have been an artist before i learnt how to walk, and i want to combine what i’ve learnt with writing and to publish books or any medium containing my fictional works in the future.
