God I hate when I wear makeup to work everyday and get told I don’t look presentable unless I reveal my eye bags, and then everyone who doesn’t put concealer on their zits gets a higher median pay

My skin color marker swatch. (The grays and pinks are for shades and highlights etc. not for actual flat skin colors).

I also found this swatch useful, though others may find it more useful since I only use markers instead of digital art.
