I've just opened this app for the first time in a year maybe? Idk how long it has been but apparently some people are worried and I just want to say: I'm okay! I'm doing good and taking a break from social media has helped me a lot. For the first time in literally my whole life I've felt happy. My antidepressants and antipsychotics are effective and I'm finally able to apply everything I've learned in 14 years of therapy. Being on here now does feel very stressful. I won't delete my tumblr because I've loved this app since I was a teenager and I'm not ready to let go of this blog. And maybe one day I will be on this app more and will actually enjoy it again. But until then I will not be online here much since it does really stress me out, at least at this moment. I hope you understand, and I hope you are all okay, and maybe til later!
