Wellness Wednesday:
Feeling Slightly Better
I feel like my funk is lifting - slowly but surely.
Could be a few things.... but I personally attributing it to:
My Social Calendar dropped of immensely - back to a semi normal life schedule (I am extremely introverted so this is a blessing)
I finally been giving into rest and sleep
I told myself, "No More Than One Workout Per Day" this week
I think I've been missing good solid carbs - I had some very solid meals this week that finally made me perk up - even made me feel more energized than bloated and sleepy.
With all that said - I thought I would gain weight this week - and - I am still staying on the "I Don't Give an Eff" Train .... well, at least I told myself I was not going to let it destroy me if I did gain weight this week.
Especially after I gained 5 pounds from the previous week.
Then of course - I didn't gain or lose anything from last week.
I am all about giving myself grace this month.
I want to feel happier and more normal before I go back into Diet & Workout Cruise Control.

Closing Thoughts:
The Good:
Eh - feeling better mentally. Physically, I have no pain.
The Bad:
Still not in love with the idea of working out - still feels like a drain.
The Ugly:
Although I am feeling better - I still kind of feel like I don't have a purpose and I am just kind of doing nothing with my life. And this weight-loss journey's not really helping with my morale - kinda just making me feel like a failure - or - just wasting my time.
