Motivated for life
Well a new year has dawned and its time to get my fat tush back to the gym! Towards the end of last year everything had gone completely wrong in terms of training. Busted hip and ham string led to very little training being done, fingers crossed after plenty of rest i can now get back yo doing what i love - training!!! Tonight and this week i will mostly be doing cardio work, having put on 5lbs in the last couple of months, it's time they buggered off somewhere else! 500 cals of 15% incline on the treadmill here i come, followed by some legs and abs. Not a shabby way to start afresh 😜 Goals for this year are: Be a skinny toned biatch by May Do a pull up Rid me if my double chin Hahaha - lets do this. K x
