2022 Olympic Figure Skaters: Wakaba Higuchi 🇯🇵

Wakaba Higuchi is a 21-year-old women’s singles figure skater from Japan. She is the 2018 World Silver Medalist and a 4-time Silver Medalist at Japanese Nationals. Wakaba is the 17th woman to land a clean Triple Axel in international competition, and is planning to include it in both segments at the Olympics.  

After missing out on an Olympic spot four years ago by just one placement, she has come back and will be going to her first Olympic Games in 2022.
